Represents exactly one tournament round within a tournament phase.
Each round holds a setting about round length and win conditions (E.g. best of three).
If a tournament is single elimination bracket then round represents one level of bracket tree.

This should be greater than MinGameLength * MAXPOSSIBLEGAMECOUNT plus some margin.

Minimum game length, all games should try to fit into this window (E.g. round is best of 3 (max 3 games) and minimum game length is 2 minutes then Max length should be at least 6 minutes to allow all games to be played if necessary).
